The project

The Porta di Roma Urban Planning Project, part of the development plans for the City of Rome (Law No. 396/90), is the most important single private urban regeneration programme ever carried out this far. The project includes plans to build a large new district in the Bufalotta zone, set amid the 150 hectares of the new Parco delle Sabine and in a strategic position in the northern area of Rome within the Grande Raccordo Anulare (ring road around the city). This ultra-modern project boasts enormous potential, and its particular features make it an ideal target for investments and activities of various kinds, in line with a model for the redevelopment of major urban areas.
